As soon as he sat, Mr Sureah poured out all his problems and his fears. Master Leong coolly told him that his condition was not as bad as it seemed for he had seen worse conditions before, not only from patients attending his clinic but also during his house calls. He had treated hundreds of diabetes/diebetic patients having chronic complications. Mr Sureah complained that he felt very tired and sleepy in the mornings and this was disrupting his work especially when he had to meet his clients in the morning and during discussions.
